Nevada Driver’s License Vision Requirementsĭriving is one of the most dangerous activities most people regularly perform. If you’re over 65 years old or get reported for unsafe driving, you may have to retake your vision test or even the entire driving test to make sure it’s safe for you to be on the road. Like most states, Nevada has rules in place to account for worsening vision, especially among older people. Your vision in your best eye must be 20/50 or higher to get a license restricted to daytime driving, but this is only if your worse eye has a visual acuity of 20/60 or higher.
